As mentioned above, before establishing a company, you need to prepare an office in Japan (for company address in Japan) and have a bank account to transfer investments. Therefore, if you do not have a partner who is a Japanese resident, it will be difficult to establish a company. Our firm does not provide Japanese residents partners.
If all representative directors live overseas (have no address in Japan), it is highly difficult to open a company bank account after the company is established.
